Who Are We?
At Pubs on Tap, we are a group of enthusiastic students based in Bristol who share a deep appreciation for the pub culture. Our journey began during the peak of lockdown when our yearning for pubs inspired us to create something extraordinary.
What initially started as a simple idea swiftly evolved into a sophisticated app. Our primary objective revolves around assisting local pubs in gaining the recognition and business they rightfully deserve.
Why are we doing this?
Too many pubs are closing.
Pubs all over the UK are closing at an alarming rate. Since 2001 over 13,000 pubs have closed down permanently, that's two pubs every single day. More now than ever, local pubs will be struggling and without the backing of a franchise, many more pubs will close. We believe that our app will breathe a bit of fresh air on local pubs and give them the exposure they deserve.
